DAILY SCHEDULE

School sessions are mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. These include a two hour session on the water with a maximum of four students per instructor. The sculling sessions focus on technique. They are not strenuous training sessions. Another hour each morning is devoted to video analysis or a talk on the sculling topic of the day; rigging, race training etc. with question and answer session.

Each student is video taped every other day. Frame by frame analysis helps each individual see specific parts of his/her movements which can be changed to progress toward a more efficient and fluid style.

Afternoons are free for other activities in the peaceful Vermont countryside. Private sculling lessons are available. Mountain bike rentals, golf and horseback riding are available locally.
